Texas PTA, the largest child advocacy association in Texas and located in the heart of downtown Austin, is seeking candidates for a full-time support position in the Member Services Department. Member Services supports volunteer leaders across the state of Texas in order to fulfill our mission -to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Candidate must exhibit competency in database management and query-building skills. A significant amount of the work day will be dedicated to interfacing with a database to assist and advise the statewide membership by phone and email. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate effective verbal and written proficiency in English.
