Job Description The incumbent in this position is a Process Expert accountable for working with faculty, members, staff, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors to produce CME/CPD activities that meet educational outcome and financial goals. The Strategist is a member of the CME Product Team. This position is responsible for successful implementation of program and product development strategies for the FMX Learning CME and expanded learning by working closely with staff across the organization and faculty to build consensus and help unify objectives among multiple stakeholders. This position also supervises two FMX Program Specialists (FMX Sessions and FMX Expanded Learning) and an FMX Program Strategist. Approximately 20 days out-of-town travel per year. Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience Bachelor’s degree or through equivalent work experience plus a minimum of four years related work experience. Experience with planning, supporting, and evaluating live and enduring continuing medical events and grant funded activities preferred, as well as use of educational technologies to facilitate interactivity in those events. Excellent project management and oral/written communication skills. Effective collaborative team leader with the ability to build consensus and help unify objectives and activities among multiple stakeholders required. Good analytic skills around process redesign required. Flexibility and adaptability, including ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and realignment of priorities that occurs as new information and opportunities become available. Supervisory experience required.
