Maintain and support the network infrastructure, IT systems, desktop devices and applications. Provide technical support for end users. Critical to this position is a high level of customer service, ability to work closely with other departments, multi-tasking, and a flexible work style. Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
•Support and maintain the network infrastructure, switches, firewalls, wireless, backups, and etc. •Support and maintain core servers and VMware Infrastructure including those hosted at the datacenter. •Provide technical support on hardware and software including remote and VPN users. •Setup and maintain Site 2 Site VPNs, VLANs, SSL VPN, Layer 3 routing and other related routing technology. •Support and maintain PCI security, network encryption and other security related technologies. •Support and maintain code repositories, application life cycle management and any other software development processes. •Support conferences on-site IT systems. •Support and maintain DNS, Active Directory, WINS, DHCP, Exchange, IIS, and other related server technology. •Proactively identify and fix problems uncovered by testing, alerts or user feedback. •Maintain user profiles, server platforms, and end-user workstations. •Maintain web server farm environment and setup new farm servers as needed. •Support and maintain load balancing. •Install and maintain AV and IT equipment. •Adjust and maintain network system security, and remote access policies. •Maintain and audit software licenses. •Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the BICSI Web Developer, Director of IT and Database Manager. •Develop and maintain effective working relationship with the Facilities Manager on the security and PBX phone systems. •On call after hours. •Performs other duties as assigned. Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience is required. MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) Certification or equivalent Microsoft system certification is desired.

Up to 10% minimal travel. Must have or be able to obtain a US passport for international travel.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as budget forecasting, discounts and percentages.
