GKIC, one of the largest communities of entrepreneurs in the world is looking to enhance our marketing team. We are looking to add a Marketing Manager responsible for delivering our marketing goals through effectively managing marketing, branding and creative to support all channels, PR, events, social and direct response outreach.
This position will work as part of the GKIC Marketing Team to facilitate projects, designs and requests from GKIC departments to grow the organization with effective lead generation and conversion campaigns, increase communication from the organization to its members, as well as increase member participation and awareness of events and products offered by GKIC. Special attention will be required to continuity of message and analysis of ROI on marketing projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collaborates with GKIC departments to design and develop marketing materials and communications for members, product sales and lead generation. This position will manage workflow, copywriting, proofing, design for all communications and marketing material with consistent creating and messaging.
Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of digital marketing to include website content maintenance, SEO of content, and product-specific strategies for the various GKIC memberships, services, products and events.
Work with GKIC teams to manage content of various digital platforms and social media channels to effectively generate growth in membership, advertise business and marketing based solutions, communicate product launches and event promotions, and support CRM analysis.
Develop and execute inbound and outbound lead generation focused marketing campaigns that maximize all marketing channels including: web, email, search marketing, direct mail, social media, etc., and will exhibit deep understand of digital marketing principals, content marketing and sales funnel management.
Implement member contact and interaction strategies to drive demand for our products through digital, social, and traditional marketing.
Schedule and manage external communications to include direct mail, emails, VSLs and social media.
Support in coordinating photo and video shoots along with audio recordings as necessary for content initiatives.
Assist with project management and oversight, from the initial request to final approvals and project completion.
Assist in monitoring correct usage of brand and graphic standards within all materials.
Assist with file management, cleanliness and usability of all marketing designs and assets.
Assist with events as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or other related field.
7+ years of marketing, brand or business development management experience with responsibility for direct-response campaign creation and multi-media execution required. Entrepreneur and member focused industries a plus.
Experience in integrated marketing best practices (branding, segmentation, messaging, content marketing, digital design, copy writing, email, direct mail, website, demand generation, media placement, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO and SEM, Google PLA and PPC analytics
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, Infusionsoft preferably.
Expertise with Microsoft Office, Social Media Channels and Web Content software systems.
Design experience and knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient at managing multiple assignments, demonstrating acute attention to detail, organizational skills, and a comfort level when multi-tasking on complex assignments.
Must be extremely pro-active, up on all current digital marketing options, and always seek new ways and methods to attract new prospects.
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience.
