The Administrative Data Entry Assistant, is a non-exempt employee of the Texas Association for Home Care, Inc., and reports directly the Director of Member Recruitment
Maintain accurate membership database and updated agency listings from state supplied list;
Process prospective member, new member, and renewal packets per productivity schedule;
Process member invoices timely through email, regular mail and phone calls and input into data base.
Follow up on outstanding member renewals and enter into data base.
Committee – data
Maintain accurate committee attendance records and files in member data base.
Prepare Committee folders for Committee meetings as needed.
Prepare Committee Materials prior to each committee meeting
Assist in general office duties such as printing & making name badges, printing materials for a conference or assisting office with other duties required.
Assist members and prospective members by effectively and courteously responding to inquiries and questions as needed;
Maintain punctual office hours and consistent office attendance to best assist members.
Other duties as assigned
Must possess excellent customer service and sales skills. Must be highly organized and capable of prioritizing work. Must demonstrate a positive attitude. Must be proficient with computer software preferably Word and Excel. Experience with database management, preferably IMIS, a plus. Maintain effective working relationship with co-workers and members. Must be able to handle confidential information.
