The American Urological Association (AUA), the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care, is seeking a professional Education Specialist (Administrative Assistant), to join our dedicated Office of Education team in producing top-quality educational opportunities for physicians.
This exciting, full-time position is a great entry level position for someone looking for a new career path or a recent graduate. This position is based on project management tasks which support the AUA educational committees and our accreditation. Looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills and highly organized. Assigned tasks will include reviewing documentation, organizing meetings, maintaining accurate records and schedules and communicating with our physician volunteers. Supports the manager with the Education Committees and Workgroups meetings and special projects.
