Work with TRSA’s professionals in association management, marketing, publishing, political advocacy, business certification, education and information technology to expand, protect and professionalize the textile services industry. Office directly across from King St. Metro. Most Americans, as customers or employees of businesses, benefit at least once per week from the cleanliness and safety of laundered linens, garments, towels, floor mats and other products the textile services industry provides to businesses.

Primary Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Detail oriented, self-motivated, with excel knowledge who will:
Manage Accounts Payable process
Manage Accounts Receivable process
Update and maintain customer relations management database
Assist with registration/orders processing and fulfillment
Support all departments with general clerical and administrative duties
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Analytical skills: Bookkeeper will be able to review procedures and find ways to improve efficiency.
Detail oriented. Bookkeeper must pay attention to details. This quality is necessary across a range of tasks, including financial compliance, certification standards and government regulations.
Bookkeeper must deal with issues that may arise across a broad spectrum of disciplines and personalities.
