The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE), a non-profit membership association of 220,000 current and retired federal employees, is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the earned pay, retirement and health care benefits of federal employees, retirees and their survivors. Here’s the basic qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable communicating directly and professionally with our customers both verbally and in writing
Some experience in a prior customer service role helpful, preferably within another association.
